tl:dr I come for the weekend buffet, as it delivers the tastes of Filipino cuisine with accessibility. It's run by a friendly... and welcoming couple. If you've never had Filipino food, it's similar, if not familiar, and yet very different from other Asianfoods you probably know. This is not the most eye-pleasing cuisine in the world. For some, you may find organ meats in thedishes, though rarely so don't let that scare you, and most dishes are going to appeal to your tastes. Most importantly, there'sa lot here to explore beyond what I have just begun to experience. I love the food of Asia. I'm willing to get individualentrees for the foods I frequent, and know well, but for the other wonderful areas of Asian cuisine, getting an opportunity tosample and explore a culture through their foods is a real treat. My son is beginning to appreciate my Asian palate, and myspouse gets full too fast to really appreciate the options, but she likes to explore. We first found out about Deco CafeFilipiniana right before the pandemic. Actually, it may have been my wife who took note, I don't remember. For whatever reasonnot until very recently, we finally came around to coming back to explore. Not only is there a restaurant here, but there isalso a small market at the front. There is at least 1 other Filipino place that does this that I know of, as well, so it isprobably a solid business model. In the market, I conveniently found some fish sauce I had not been looking hard for but washappy to find, and my son has fallen in love with Boy Bawang Cornick, particularly the adobo flavor. Like I said, lots toexplore. What's most striking, presumably due to pandemic reasons, you serve yourself onto disposable plates and bowls, withplastic forks and spoons. While it is all you can eat on weekends from the buffet, drinks are not all you can drink. They have arefrigerator with 16oz bottles of sodas, with some markup on known prices, and bottled water for a more cost-plus option Read more

Small family owned business. Most authentic Filipino food I have had in awhile. Lunch buffet on weekends is way to go if your... wanting to try Philippino food or just want a variety. Have adobo pancit lumpia lechon and a bunch of other staples to try. Iloved the banana lumpia. They also sell trays of food for family functions and events. Read more

One of the Filipinas at work recommended this restaurant as it reminded her of home, I can see why! It was like being teleported... halfway around the world for a good minute. The food is excellent, and the staff is really nice. Well worth the experience! Read more
