ZERO STARS if it were an option. I was completely SHOCKED when my door dash order arrived like this . I can not make this up ,... CAN NOT. I ordered Mac & Cheese and this is what I received. A container with a pack of macaroni & cheese that had a hole in theback I?m guessing to vent from it coming straight out a microwave ???? This is really low for whoever thought it was okay forTHIS to leave the store smh . The cook and the person who bagged the order. The company as a whole now looks bad becauseapparently these are the standards you all are accepting and holding yourselves to these days . Ihop used to be my favoriteplace to eat. So disappointed. I don?t go to ihop(the only reason I came this time is because the wife was wanting to go and it was late) , every... single time I have had a terrible experience but this one tops this list. I won?t bore with the whole terrible experience but Idecided to go with one of the safest options they had which I thought would be chicken fingers(not a big breakfast food fan)they came out completely raw, the manager offered little of an apology, it was taken off the bill as it should be.Really no oneseemed apologetic including the waitress as if it was normal for it to happen, which I would not be surprised by. Hopefully Idon?t get sick from eating several pieces of it before I realized. Beware of this location and there locations in general the?chefs? likely do not care what they serve you, if anything please get the breakfast much less difficult to mess up. Goelsewhere if you can. The greeter was professional and had us seated immediately. Our server was Jason who took our orders and always checked on us. ... He gave this IHOP a good name with his happy positive attitude. The food was delicious and fresh. I ordered the lemonblueberry crepes, a side dish of fruit, hash browns, and decaf coffee. All were flavorful delicious. The place is well keptand clean. Had breakfast here with my mother on Super Bowl Sunday. Server was attentive and polite. Mom had to use a soup spoon to stir... her coffee, as they were out of tea spoons at the time. Probably the only negative comment of my review, but overall, was happywith the service and the quality of the food. Read more
