Had the Brussels and Bacon as an appetizer and the Pork Shank dinner. The brussel sprouts were charred perfectly with a lot of... flavor to it as well. The combination of it with the pork belly just made it perfect. The pork shank was fantastic but what madeit very special was the creamy seasoned grits that it sat on. I've missed that it came on grits when ordering since I normallydon't like grits, but very glad I missed it since it ended up being probably the best grits I've ever had. Over all everyone inmy party enjoyed their food. With the friendly staff and great atmosphere to go along with the great food I'd highly recommendit. Looking forward to the next time I'm in town to visit again. Read more

I live out of state but this was the 2nd time my parents have treated me to brunch at The Front Porch. Both times I was... impressed. The ambience in nice, the adult beverages are fantastic and the food is undeniable tasty. On this visit I had thelump crab egg benedict and it sure hit the spot. Real crab (I wait to have crab when I come home to MD), perfectly poachedeggs, and fresh fruit. Simply delicious. Read more

Great 1st time experience here. We went for brunch and I wanted the crab eggs Benedict and asked for a fried crab cake instead... of the lump of crab and it was all absolutely delicious! Mimosas were very good too! I'd definitely go back! Nice environmentinside and staff were all very friendly, nice and professional. Recommended! Read more

Nice atmosphere, good food! I really enjoyed the fried green tomatoes, they are delicious and paired well with the garlic... sautéed spinach they top. My husband was not as pleased with his crab cake sandwich, he said it was good but not a lot offlavor. We sat out on the porch and enjoyed the fresh air, service from our waitress was excellent! This place is an awesome historic house that has been turned into a restaurant. The food was absolutely amazing me and my sister... got the soup and salad with the pulled pork tots for an appetizer. The soup was one of the best soups I have ever had I believeit was called the chicken corn chowder but OMG it was good for a soup. The salad was also good. The pulled pork tots are amazingthe pulled pork is damn good in my opinion. If you are in the area stop on by. There is also a restaurant across the street thatlooked amazing and had wings with many different flavors if that’s your thing I will have to try that place next time I am inthe area can’t remember the name but will try to find and update this post when I do. Staff was also amazing. Read more
