I had ordered Shredded Ginger Beer in Hot Sauce expecting a dish that's both Ginger and Hot, but instead I gota dish that has the shape of ginger beef, but the colour and flavour of sweet and sour pork; that vibrant red sweet sauce devoidof any spice. I had called to ask if the Ginger Beef was a mistake, but they said if you want it spicy you need to specify. Withthe menu saying "in hot sauce" under the heading "spicy and delicious", the last thing I would expect is this. Beef and broccoliwas good and as expected, and the service in person was friendly. Prices were reasonable. If I try again I'll specify "HOT" forthe Ginger beef, hopefully then it'll be both spicy and Ginger. Edit - I'm not sure how I've lived here this long and not knownthat Lethbridge Chow Mein was different, but I can confirm now that this isn't the only restaurant with cabbage style Chow Mein.My bad ????. I've driven past this restaurant all my life and finally decided to give it a go. It was amazing. The service was excellent and... fast. I think it was 15 or 20 minutes from us showing up to having food on the table. The food was excellent and still sizzlingand the portion sizes were perfect. We were lucky enough to get a window table and the view added so much to theatmosphere. Very enjoyable, very memorable, excellent food! Highly recommended! Read more
I don't know what took me so long to finally eat here...but, man, am I ever glad I did! The renovations look great, the staff... is incredibly friendly and efficient, and the food is PHENOMENAL! The wontons, never had better. Garlic dry ribs, salt andpepper shrimp, ginger beef, special chow mein, pineapple chicken, and chicken fried rice was the rest of our lineup, and everydish was delicious. Fresh ingredients and made to order really make their menu stand out. We will be back again and again andagain...thanks to Mike and everyone else for a beautiful culinary experience! Read more

I can't believe I've never tried this place before. It is so good! The worwon soup has a meaty beef broth. So good. The wontons... are a little small, but I like that I can fit one ball in my mouth at a time. Very good will order again. Read more
