If I could give ZERO stars, I would! Put in mobile order, waited 21 minutes for order. Watched people who made in store orders... get food ahead of us, who ordered after us because we went in 10 minutes after we said "I'm here" via the app. Then the managermade a "Karen" joke after my wife told her our son is autistic and gets anxiety, that we've been waiting 20 minutes, and neededto drive home which is 40 minutes away. This McDonald's is a joke. Their so called manager Melisa in the morning shift has a horrible attitude. Her face looks like she... was smelling her own cr4p the whole time. She must hate her lame job.. There was a large line for the drive-thru, so I went inside. The order kiosk was easy to use and allowed me to quickly... personalize my order. Despite the drive-thru line, I still got my order quickly, and it was correct. I really appreciate that. Read more
