I really like the attention to details in the whole sushi experience there. I have eaten here 5 times now and it is consistent.... Their soy sauce is the best, same for their spicy mayo. Ginger has a nice thickness and it is the real stuff, not that fakycolored pinky paper tasting plastic wrap that I see everywhere else. I eat mostly maki rolls and the rice is kept at a minimumto maintain the integrity of the piece. They have several special piece you can order but really everything I've tried has beenexcellent.
