TL;DR: A disappointing, inconsistent experience when compared to the Deer Park location. Nice bar area and lots of seating. My... companions and I arrived at 7:45 on a Saturday night. I was told that there’d be a one hour wait for a party of four, but wewere seated after waiting only 35 minutes. There was a party of two who arrived before me and they said their wait wasapproximately one hour. The drinks were hit and miss. Some tasted weak and others, like the strawberry mule and margarita werewell received. The food was pretty good (salty ravioli aside)… until a hair was discovered 1/3 into devouring a skillet ofchicken scampi bake. Bri called over a manager (at her insistence), Jordan, who said that he’d “take care” of us and askedmy companion if they wanted the meal re-made or would prefer something else. My companion settled on the pork osso buco. Jordansaid that it would take approx 15 minutes to prep the meal and my companion stated that they were fine with the wait. At theend of the meal we were surprised to learn that we were charged for the replacement meal. The original meal (with the hair) wasremoved from the bill, but the replacement was listed at full price. My companion asked to speak with the manager. A differentmanager appeared this time (possibly the GM?), and he insisted that “comping” a meal is not something that he’s done inhis many years of employment. It wasn’t a good exchange and I don’t know if it’s a Long Island thing, but I’ve had manyunfortunate incidents in restaurants over the years in various states and comping seems to be a standard practice when somethingnegative happens. We weren’t there with the goal of getting a free meal, but there were elements of the experience that mademe not want to return to this location. Had the meal/comp situation been handled differently this review would’ve had a morepositive tone. Oh, and a companion and I kept getting whiffs of body odor. It took a while to realize that it only occurred w Read more

Ate here 9/22 with a party of 14. They seated us in a great spot so we could all be together. Service was great, food was... delicious, and price was very reasonable. We ALL enjoyed our meals including appetizers and dessert. I recommend The CAPTAINJACK for dessert. Thank you all for a GREAT night! Read more

Love Millers! Came here on a Friday night and ordered the blue Long Island iced tea and my favorite sweet Thai chili sauce... wings.. mm my favorite. We also had the jalapeño popper thingies, fries, calamari and some other stuff. Everything was good. Our server was so nice and attentive. Her name was Amanda and she was super sweet and caring. She made the experience amazing. The restaurant is clean and everyone is friendly. Read more

I’ve been to this location many times and each time was big thumbs up however most recent visit was a huge... disappointment. With a name such as Ale house, one would think the beers are ice cold and wings are fresh, hot and juicy. Hardto believe it was the exact opposite. Our pints of angry orchard and Bud Light was warm at best and order of 12 pieces garlicParmesan wings were cold as if it was sitting around and someone forgot our order so they ware all soggy from the sauce. Now Ithink back, it’s no wonder why we waited about 20 minutes for the wings to come out before our entrées. The entrées wellthat’s another story. we came here on a Thursday evening so I ordered their Thursday night special which is a prime ribmedium. That came out cold and it was well done which I requested medium, not to mention the baked potato was literally brickhard. The only bright spot of my evening was the fish and chips. That was made to perfection. Each piece of fish was lightlybattered, juicy and hot. In all it wasn’t a pleasant meal but I will give it another go the next time. Crossing my fingersand hope for better result. Hard to imagine a meal could be any worse paying close to $80 for two people. Read more

Excellent food. Very much like the Main Event, only a little cheaper. Wife LOVED her salmon. My teriyaki tenderloin cooked... beautifully medium rare. They do charge extra to substitute certain sides. Our server, Jessica, was friendly and very efficient, and both she and one of the floor managers kept checking to see if everything was OK. Place was packed (we had to wait 25minutes) but the layout made it seem less crowded. Very nice. Our first time and not our last. Read more
