So apparently this place dropped my order ticket on the ground. They didn't tell me (but someone else saw and told me), so I was... there for an hour waiting for my food. When I finally got it, my order wasn't correct. The staff didn't offer any compensationor any sort of apology for their mistake. Then, their management offered me a $5 gift card for my poor experience. That'sapparently what my time and customer satisfaction is worth. Easy fix would have been to comp the meal or provide a $25 gift cardat the very least. Management must have the same level of care and attention as the restaurant staff--just do nothing andthey'll go away eventually, right? Read more
