Worst customer service ever. If you're not waiting an hour for your pre-ordered order - you're going home with half of what you... paid for. God-forbid give you your money's worth of fries (cold). The last time I went there I ordered 3 orders of fries. Gothome and everyone of the fries were at the bottom of the bag. Shadiest restaurant in the area, employees literally refused to help you one worker walked away from me and said that the person... that is taking my order will be right there waited there for five minutes till the person came out of the bathroom. There werethree other people in the kitchen area and no one can take my order, except for the worker that was in the bathroom for fiveminutes. I?ve been to this restaurant three different times, and every time the wait has been ridiculously long and the servicehas been the worst part of it all not to mention I?m pretty sure some shady stuff is happening with the employees. Food was notworth the hour wait! I?ll never go back, it?s a shame because Wingstop as a chain has great food, but this location need someserious management reevaluations and corporate investigation!
