Fried chicken dish with mashed potatoes and gravy was fabulous! The calimari was good and the fish tacos were fine but not as... good as the chicken. Great spot for large groups as they have many large round tables and are set up well for rehearsal dinnersand that sort of thing it appeared with a separate large room off to the side with additional restrooms as well. I wish thehappy hour deals were offered in the main dining area or at least a subset of them. Read more
Great restaurant. Friendly and helpful staff. Just passing thru on my great American adventure. But i can honestly say that this... was a awesome experience. Coming here as a Swede i did not expect this. Coming from my son, and i quote: "this was the best Macand Cheese I've ever had" And i can say that this was probably the best shrimp and grits I've ever had. Our party of 6 adults was seated at two small round-tops pushed together in the midst of a high traffic area next to the door... leading to outside dining, emitting a burst of hot air with each opening. That was our biggest disappointment, in addition tothe food refuse stuck to our “clean” silverware and serving pieces. Otherwise, very good food and nice waitstaff. Read more
