Not sure what happened to this place but the staffs now are very very rude. I had been going here for years but never going back... here again. When asked they didn?t even provide the manager?s name. Beside the generic response to the review, no one botheredto reach out. I don?t think the management cares at all. Read more

The morning staff at this store is amazing! Whenever I come through, I always have a good experience but this morning I placed a... mobile order and accidentally ordered it from the other Lewis center store about 2 miles away. The shift manager on duty wasexceptionally customer service friendly and remade the drink. This location is SO pleasant. The baristas are really friendly (the guy working the drive through today was very friendly even... though I?m sure they were slammed), and my orders have always been ready faster than expected. Definitely my favorite to go toin the area! Read more
