Food was awful we go there alot yesterday was worst experience we ever had most of the time is good but not this time
Order a soft taco Supreme and a bean burrito. They thought I said Supreme nachos said they didn't have those anymore. ... Charged me a total of $9. and gave me nachos bell grande. Used the app on the 31st of July. They got my order wrong (missing items) . I went inside they added 4 items and said it was... correct. Got home... still missing one item. I took Everything back, let them know it was still missing an item... said I justwant a refund at this point... all the food is cold... drinks were melted by now. I was told that the refund had to come fromthe app. That seemed like a lot of trouble. I said fine, can we just redo this order and lets make sure we get everything inthis time (A $27 order) Manager on duty refused to do that, called me a liar... even though I laid all the food out on thecounter and showed her the item that was missing.
