We were looking for a new place to try out in Lewisburg for lunch and Thunderbird Tacos for the bill! I absolutely loved the... atmosphere, and colors! Being inside is just a cool experience for being in the space and taking it all in.... It's beautifuland lively. We started with the queso and chips which were great! My mom had the guacadilla plate with ground beef and it lookedkiller. She said it looked better than it tasted but that was sure to it having cilantro and she isn't a fan. My daughter hadthe cheese quesadilla that came with a little side of salsa. I got to eat her burnt cheese because she wasn't a fan. They hadglass bottle drinks and she had an orange Fanta that she loved lol. They gave us a cup of ice and straw for her to drink fromwhich was nice. I had two tacos minus the shells so they put them on a bed of lettuce or cabbage for me. The chicken one was theregular crow and the beef was birria. I probably wouldn't get the regular crow again because it was pretty plain and nothing toofavorable but the birria was great! I loved the flavor profile and the quality of the beef was great; great marinade as well. Iwould have liked this place so much more if I wasn't doing keto. There were so many things I was interested in and everythinggoing out looked delicious. I will definitely go back though and try something different next time because they had some killercombinations and dishes. It was very clean and the staff was super friendly and helpful. Please tell me!... ????There?s this unique umami flavor in all their food, and I KNOW IT IS NOT MSG. and it?s especially lovely in their citrusysalad dressing. Best tofu Mexican dish I?ve ever had. Love dine in because the plates just make you feel like you?re atsomeone?s cool house. It?s small and attached to Wild Bean Café.
