BOOrito was great. My kid ordered some ingredients without understanding there is extra charge while I was busy building mine,... and manager was nice enough to forgive the charges or offered to remake them brand new. I don't really like to leave negative reviews but today this location deserves that, and hopefully management would pay... attention and fix it. I ordered online a burrito bowl, and paid extra to get guacamole. Only to find out when I got home therewas No Guacamole in my bowl :( then I realized that no sour cream, no salsa, no pico de gallo. Food is always wonderful at Chipotle. The atmosphere at this particular takes a hit because just about every table was dirty or... had piles of food sitting under it. I've eaten at Chipotle for 14+ years now, and have gone to this location since 2017. Something definitely changed in the past 2... years because every single order of mine irrespective of being online or in person have been botched up. The worst part is nooneseems to care nor want to serve customers properly. Add to this the price increases which are understandable given inflation.However, there are ZERO excuses to skimp on portion sizes. I had 2 employees look me in the eye and put in HALF portions onevery single ingredient. It wasn't even regular and I was definitely not expecting double portions, but its clear that theemployees were following orders to skimp portions. It used to happen a ton on online orders, but when they look you in the eyeand do it - that's straight up garbage. I raised toe issue with the guy at the checkout register and he goes "it's crazy right..that's how it is". How are you going to bill me $13.50 AND skimp on portion sizes, dude?
