4 stars cause the food is good and the place is clean. Not 5 because the way they handle pickup orders is atrocious. You?d think... they?d just slot the pickup order that has already been paid for and has a promised completion time into their line. They don?t.They wait until there is literally no one in line to start your pickup order. So if you order pickup while there?s a line,expect to be waiting as long as 30+ minutes after your promised completion time to get your order. Literally been sitting in thelobby waiting for food I already paid for for 32 minutes now, at time of writing. The place is great, but don?t order pickup.It?s faster to just go and stand in line. If you want to order delivery directly from a restaurant that gets 70% of the order wrong and what is sent is cold and taste... like it's a week old then this is definitely the place to go. I'd recommend going somewhere else because this place isconsistently bad and probably needs to be either closed down or needs new management. Read more
I go there a lot and i realy like the food but lately the quality is not too good the chicken has been cold lately its cooked... fully but they seem to have an issue keeping it hot in the kitchen Im giving it 2 stars because I really enjoy the flavor butoverall still a good place to eat just heat up the food some more. My family eats at Freebirds frequently on Sundays. My kid likes getting the kids nachos...she got them last week, but I was... informed today they no longer offer a kids nachos option. It's difficult to know the menu since it's so slimmed down now & thekids meal options aren't even listed. Regardless, it's seems like when things change (like fajita chicken now instead of white-which was better imo) there should be some small signage indicating a new item or familiar favorites that have been removed. Istill requested to make a small nachos bowl, & I didn't care how it was charged to me but they made it seem like it was now animpossible request which it's just chips and cheese so....idk. The manager on duty was curt and acted like I was crazy forexpecting the same thing we had just ordered several times as recently as a few days prior, then huffed at me and walked away.Some of his staff seemed like they were seriously not liking their job or having a bad day as well which negatively impactedtheir communication to the guests. Separately, they've removed the umbrellas on their patio which I wish they'd put back out. Over it. Every time I come here now I pay $15 for a burrito that half lettuce and guac then the other half is chicken and beans... always super disappointing trying to eat through it. Definitely will not be going here anymore. Read more
