Horrible. Ordered chicken teriyaki bowl w/o rice. Got a bowl of broccoli and carrots. Also had to return cold fries for hot... fries and had to wait, also the bowls were only half full. While I went at a time with less of a rush, the atmosphere was almost quiet and the place was a little dirty since the tables... weren't clean and could have been wiped clean at least for incoming customers. The time I placed my order to the time it wasprepared and received was definitely accommodating and I approve of it. The quality of the food was pretty good although it'snot quite the same when the feature item the Texas Ranch style burger came out and left most customers wanting more. This was the worst experience I have ever had with Jack in the Box. No cheese on my burger but, I didn't get my receipt so... didn't know if they charged me for cheese. The Curly fries, some were so hard. I ate just the few that I could bite in. Nonapkins for customers out anywhere. Read more

I had the worst experience at this restaurant in a long time. Went thru drive thru at 10:30 at night. Ordered 2 burgers and a... small fry and requested that they be made fresh. I was advised everything is made fresh. When I got home the fries were cold andtasted like garbage. Had to throw them away. The burgers were just as disgusting. Tried called the restaurant 13 times and noone would pick up. I wasted 12.96. Tried calling today and again no answer. I would fully recommend staying away if you expectyour food to be eatable.
