The phone is never answered even tho this place is never busy. The answering machine is the absolutely most unprofessional... automated message I've ever heard as well. We are busy. Order online? What kind of ridiculous business owner thinks that'sok? I accidentally ordered from the wrong store. I attempted to call for 30 minutes straight. No one ever answered so help mecancel. DONT order from this location!! Ordered 4 pizzas 2 deep dish, both deep dish were RAW dough and the cheese was crisp on regular... pizzas. Tried calling back to back and the voicemail set up stating just to order online that they are busy. Soooo upset! Read more
Ordered online as it?s usually the easiest option. Got the notification that the pizza was ready; when I got it home, the pizza... literally looked and tasted like it was yesterday?s pizza. It was hard and felt like it had just been under a warmer all day. Read more
This place was AWFUL! I love little Ceasars and get it often, but this was my first time going to this one. I asked for an ICB,... ranch, and a cookie dough brownie and they charged and made an ICB and pepperoni pizza. Instead of refunding for the mistake, they left the cold brownie on the hot pizza for a while and just handed us another ranch (and it was the Buffalo one I didn'twant) to cover the price difference. On a separate order I got a pepperoni pizza and a Supreme with no bell peppers because ofan allergy for someone that would be receiving the pizza and they loaded it up with bell peppers. They didn't even cut the ICBor pizza into slices. We had to tear it apart when we got where we were going. This was the worst experience I've ever had witha little Ceasars and I will drive longer to go to a different location from now on. Read more
