Today I experienced the worst service from this restaurant. We placed an order over $135 and it was missing items as well as... food items dumped in the bag. I called to report this and spoke with Felicity Calderon, General Manager. She wanted to debatethe validity of my concern. I ask her to redo our oder (the sandwiches and salad). She was unwilling. She offered a partialrefund. I told her if the order was too hard they should have let us know. I felt Felicity was very calous about the order. Iasked for a refund and she finally agreed to a full refund. She ended the call very sarcastically. I and my team weredisappointed. I ordered a salad for my boyfriend which he loved and also ordered a choose 2, half spud and cup of chili. When I picked up my... order I had to return to the counter because the chili was not even given to me. They also never ga e the crackers that normallycome with the chili. And when I opened the box for my spud it only had 1 butter ( I had asked for extra) and no cheese ( I wascharged extra for cheese and got no cheese). I normally order sandwiches from here and I am a regular customer as I do loveMcAlister's but I was disappointed this time in my order. I hope it will be better next time. We drive from Denton to this location because the food is always fresh and the tea is always perfect! The new team is doing such... an amazing job with their colisionar service and keeping the restaurant clean. We used to come to this location a few years backand the service had gotten so bad we stopped coming back. Nothing but 5 stars for the new team! They make us love McAlister?sagain! Read more

I went to the location next to the music city mall. The food was fantastic but the service was horrible I ordered my food and... waited around the counter area and when my food was ready the service person put my food in the service window and a man musthave been a manager or assistant manager because he wasn't in uniform. He looked at my food and turned back around and precededto finish his conversation with 2 young women that were guest and already had placed their order so I waited to see how longhe would leave my food in the window it took 13 minutes for him to finish his flirtation with the young women and hand me myfood very disappointing.
