We asked for 1 large caramel frappe and 1 small mocha frappe, they started telling us that we didn?t order right and kept saying... that we are wrong(there where all Hispanic) if they are not going to get our orders right then fire them!!! Read more

This place sucks!!! When ordering they interrupt you then after they repeat order back to you they get it wrong. Rude and... stupid!! Then to top it off they are running the app in the driver through and it's supposed to be quick. Takes 10 times longerto process so you wait longer to get the wrong order. This place sucks!!! When I flipped my pancakes over to start buttering them I discovered the bottom pancake had been eaten! Two bites were taken out... of this pancake before it was placed in my container and given to me. When a pancake tears it?s in a relatively straight line,not a mouth shaped half circle like this is. We are still very much in the middle of a pandemic and doing something like this,while it?s already a major health violation, is incredibly dangerous if the customer you do this to is immune compromised, whichI am. I tried to call this location and the phone number they have listed on their website and google is a fax machine so Ican?t get ahold of anyone. I am truly disgusted that an employee at this location would take a bite out of food and then servethis to a customer!! I will be contacting the health department to make sure this immature and disturbing behavior isinvestigated and hopefully this will not happen to anyone else again. Read more

I was charged for a combo , a happy meal, a shake and a 6 piece nugget. $19.86. I saw all on the screen. Paid first windows... didn?t get a receipt, go to the second window and they wouldn?t give me the 6 McNuggets. I explained I paid for them but sinceI didn?t have a receipt the RUDE lady told me I had to pay for them ? snatched my card.. ran it again? and threw the bag ofnuggets at me. I drove back through to get the receipt ( which had the nuggets on them ). And went back to the pick up windowand have never experienced such bad customer service in my life . I hear her yelling in the back ? is it that stupid lady againin Spanish?. And continued to talk about me where she knew I could hear her. I don?t look like it but I speak fluent Spanish?she was cussing, saying I was wrong amongst other rude comments. No refund still was made and I just got another bag ofnuggets thrown at me. I get mistakes are made sometimes. And I was fine with the extra nuggets.
