I waited 22 mins for my order and I still got shorted 5 bean tacos. So after getting home 45mins later and realizing 5 whole... tacos I paid for were never put in my bag!! Needless to say I gave up my food so my two boys could eat...sooooo frustrating! Read more

Worst TC location ever. I like TC in general, but I will never return to this place. The air conditioning doesn't work, the... salsa bar was empty, and there was no ice in the soda machine. There was also clutter around the cash register, and BTW thepayment/card reader machine was out of order as well. This is not the first time I have found this place in such a condition,but it used to be good, and I keep thinking they will "bounce back" after the pandemic troubles. Nope. The problem here is themanagement. When I asked whether I could taste the hatch chile margarita before ordering it, I was told, "No." Silly me, Iordered it anyway because TC used to have a margarita with jalapeno that was delicious. Well, the hatch chile margarita wasawful. It tasted like drinking frozen salsa. Yuck. When I asked to exchange it for another flavor, I was told, "No." Hmmm...Other places will give you a taste of something before you have to commit to buying it, and I suggest TC do the same.Regardless, a group of friends was supposed to meet me there, but we moved the party elsewhere. Front doors, one door open the other still locked. Food is good but open the salsa bar back up please! The drinks are still self... serve so bring the salsa bar back please. The employees don't ever give you what you are known for and thus is not good. Stopbelieving the hype and go back to what's been working for Taco Cabana for the last few years...This is a downhill slide and Ihope it doesn't kill the business all together.
