Additional Information
Upon arrival, desk staff barely even looked up to check us in and provided minimal information. The room was fine and staff did... respond quickly when asked for additional robe/towels/coffee. Restaurant was decent but was minimal to no service and pricedhigh for things that were missing multiple of the listed ingredients but the food did taste good. The bar area was excellent andthe bartender was extremely nice and did a great job making cocktails. The valet service was lacking. The people we had thefirst 2 nights were kind and quickly responsive. However, on the final night (we were staying here for our wedding) while tryingto carry my wedding dress through the door, the valet simply looked at us refusing to open the door, retrieve our car, or evenacknowledge us. He continued vaping and grumbling that he wouldn't go get our car and we would have to wait until a FedEx truckeventually left (there was room for at least 2 cars while the FedEx truck was there). We told him it was extremely rude to noteven help us with the door when we were clearly struggling. To which he flipped us off and parked our car as far away aspossible. The front desk staff was apologetic for his behavior but over all this place is extremely over priced for poorcustomer service and rude staff. You are better off staying anywhere else in the area. Right from the beginning, the hotel had a very strange very off-putting smell. My partner said it smelled like mold, I said it... smelled like old popcorn or something very stale. That was just in the lobby fortunately not in our room. When we checked in,the receptionist was very frantic and told us that there were no rooms available (we had reservations and were told we couldcheck in around 1, we arrived at 1:20) another receptionist stepped in and told us we could have a room in 20 minutes. Thatwas totally fine, other than the frantic and almost rude receptionist we had initially, but again the lobby we had to wait insmelled off and the bar/restaurant was closed and dirty. Our room was, again, almost fine. It was small, and at night was verybright when Ideally it would be dark and comfortable. Light from outside comes into the room and every light switch has a brightblue indicator light that is very annoying at night when the room is otherwise dark. For the price, it is absolutely not worthit. The "art" gimmick is interesting but again not worth the cost of a night stay. Goes without saying, but I was verydisappointed in my stay. The only reason it isn't 1 star is because the food, cocktails, and bartender (when that wasavailable) were all fantastic. But the room was very basic and underwhelming especially with so many fantastic hotels on thesame street. I'll be looking elsewhere in the future. Read more
We stayed here Nov 1st. Phillies fans. Came back to the room to watch last 3 innings b/c bars all close at 10. Could not get Fox... on our TV & told the hotel doesn't get it. I'm sorry, but for a hotel of this caliber, we should be able to watch all the majornetworks. Gave 3 stars b/c it is a really nice hotel w/great amenities. And, is in a great location. Any other time, the TVthing probably wouldn't have mattered as much. Read more
Thanks Sara. For a hotel room costing $299/night, I have come to expect the valet ask me if I need assistance when I'm unloading... my car and piling up luggage on the sidewalk. I have come to expect when I approach the front doors of a hotel with 2 arms ofsuitcases/bags the valet, or any other employee, will open the door for me. For $299/night, when I approach the front desk tocheck in, I have come to expect to be greeted by name and looked in the eyes instead of the employee taking an internal phonecall during the check in process. I have come to expect the front desk to ask me if this is my first time visiting the property,if I have any questions or need any help. For $299/night, I expect to see more than one server in the bar during the eveninghours. My friends and I ordered nightcaps, waited for service only to find out the bar did not have any Kahlua (for WhiteRussians). We revised our order and the server was very gracious, but we ended up retrieving our order from the bar because shewas too busy servicing other tables. The ONLY employees who spoke directly to me and asked if I needed assistance during mystaywas the housekeeping team members on Saturday and on Sunday (I tipped them well). When we walked across the street to boardthe wedding shuttles at the Marriott, there were 4 valets out front and their hotel seemed well staffed. I realize thehospitality industry is still climbing out of the pandemic impacts, but I'm inclined to think you all are understaffed andreally are not focused on providing actual hospitality, but being a "boutique" hotel. Trust me, your property is anything but. Iwill not return. Read more

Great hotel and location in the middle of downtown Lexington. Everything was within walking distance including fine dining and... bourbon bars. Will definitely stay there again when I return for our next trip Read more
