I wanted the double bone in pork shop however when we got there they were out. So I went with the ribeye. The steak was good I... had broccoli and a baked potato also good. My drink the pink Cadillac was delicious. Our server was very attentive and friendly.Everything tasted good the whole environment was clean all in all we definitely would go back. Read more
First time experience at this restaurant. We were a group of 9 and were seated pretty quickly without any reservations made. We... ordered appetizers, the appetizers were set on the table at an appropriate time as well as any salads that were ordered as apart of a meal. Our main dishes followed the appetizers with ample time between the two. Our drinks were refilled regularly andfood had been cooked appropriately. First time visitors trying out a new restaraunt with a large family. We visited late afternoon for an early dinner. Large menu... with many options for kids. Prices were reasonable considering the amount of food served. Our waitress Kyesha was friendlyprofessional and efficient. She did an amazing job considering the amount of people in our party. Our food arrived at areasonable time and was hot. The BBQ boneless wings were crispy, juicy and the amount was more than enough. The Bacon BrisketBurger is a must try for burger lovers! It was fantastic! The Brewhouse Philly was delicious as well.The kids enjoyed theremeals. Plenty of food for the entire family. We tried pizookis for the first time because they were just irresistible. Cookie orcake in a small pan topped with ice cream. Many varieties to choose from! The service and food were great!! I will never step foot in a BJ’s brew house in Lexington or anywhere else for that matter. Tracy C. Is one of the rudest... servers I have ever experienced. When the manager finally stopped by my table it became clear this place suffers from a cultureproblem (Poor service from the top down). I had entirely too many issues to list in this small space. However I will name a few:Multiple drinks served in dirty glasses : Dirty silverware, with food literally stuck on them : overcooked steak (it happens, Iget it) Just fix it and don’t have a condescending attitude about it . : Food took forever to come out. I could go on and on.The manager who never introduced herself (I can see why now) came by the table and grilled me about the issues I was having. Sheactually made excuses about the problems, while never offering to fix anything! Cool give me the tab. Tab was $83.21 we pay andleave a tip of $13.50 which I consider reasonable (15%) considering all the problems I had. Tracy C comes over takes the moneywhile we are finishing our food (also rude) and quips “oh great I can put this with my car wash money”!!Absolutelyunbelievable.
