Over the years, I have taken several young family members to various Chuck E. Cheese locations, and I'm happy to share we have... always had really good experiences. Recently, I took my two young nieces and a nephew to this Chuck E. Cheese location, and wasso impressed with the customer service that I felt compelled to share how incredibly nice and friendly each and every staffmember we met was/is at that facility. While there, we were fortunate to meet George, the general manager, and, as I observedhis interactions with other guests and staff, I came to realize that his professionalism and friendliness set such a positiveexample and high standard for his staff that it made our time there go from a really nice experience to an absolutely fantasticexperience! A family would be hard-pressed to find a safer, cleaner environment than this location to take their little livedones to for an outing, but they will get so much more than that because the children will be treated like the little princes andprincesses they are by George and his wonderful staff members!!!! Great experience for my sons 3rd birthday. The employee's there were extremely pleasant. The manager on duty, she was super... nice to us as well as to the rest of the family. We were kinda sad that they did away with the ball pits ect. But the wholeexperience made up for it. Read more

For over 20 yrs we have been coming here with our kids. We don't live close, about an hour and half away, but love spending time... and making memories here. Unfortunately, this time everything changed. All the prices are jacked up. There is no more unlimitedplay. It's 38 dollars per child for 120 min. That's the largest package. The pizza was never really great but now for one pizzaand drinks it's 58 dollars and that does not include the play card. It's getting to where your better off going to a biggerestablishment if your gonna spend 150 dollars for pizza and 120 min playtime. I asked why the prices were so high and the girlsaid we're trying to keep the doors open. I told her, that's probably not gonna work. It was bull though because they werealways packed, it wasn't to keep the doors open, it's to take advantage of the parents and steal hard earned money for therekids to go there. So disappointed. Not such a family company. Also the pizza was worse than usual, you couldn't even bit intoit. My daughter broke a piece of her tooth on it so needless to say, that 60 pizza went in garbage. The staff were veryunfriendly, tried asking for help from several about card and they told me very rudely to go to front. The bathroom's we'renasty. One stall had blood in it, other had poop, it was ridiculous. The only kind people there was the guy who stamped you anda manager who was at counter when we were leaving. They have really went downhill. I don't think we will be returning, which issad because it was something we always did as a family.
