The girl working couldn?t have been ruder. Ordered online and waited the 20 minutes before arriving to give them time to prepare... it. When I got there, there was a line and she did not acknowledge me for at least ten minutes. When I told her I had an onlineorder she hasn?t even made it yet and continued helping the people in line who came in after me and definitely ordered after mesince I ordered online at least 30 minutes prior since I waited for her to even acknowledge my existence. Then they didn?t havewhat I ordered but she could not refund me since I ordered online. She said her manager would refund the order for theinconvenience but couldn?t provide a name or when he would be in the store to get that done. Of course there was no follow up. i super love cold stone :) one time i ordered thru doordash, it's late in the evening around 10 cuz my bf is craving for ice... cream. quite sad cuz the ice cream is super melted by the time the dasher was able to deliver. i wish they could like developformulation that would allow ice creams to last longer cuz who would want their ice creams melted so fast? nevertheless it wasperfect. We've been coming to this location for years. Always been happy. But recently the place is starting to smell terrible every time... we come in. Tonight we had to leave because it smelled so bad that it was going to make us throw up. Cant tell if it is rottendairy or sewer backup. Either way we won't be back until this place is cleaned.
