First time eating here. It reminded me of In and Out. It was so good! Wife had a sundae and the custard was fantastic. Get the... chili cheese fries and drizzle some fry sauce on them. You can thank me later. Will definitely be back. Would've posted picturesbut I tore into it so fast I didn't think about it. Read more

We ate inside the Nicholasville road location. To say it was disgusting inside is a under statement. I?ve been in the restaurant... industry for 10 years, FOH should take 10 minutes. The kitchen pumps were out, my boyfriend went to tell the four ladiesstanding around chatting and they gave him ketchup packets which is fine but they should?ve replaced the kitchen right away, itdoesn?t take long and we were the only customers in there. It was about 2 pm, no lunch rush. All the tables were filthy, ourdaughters high chair had caked on food, along with all of the other high chairs. If we hadn?t already paid we would?ve justwalked out. I hate leaving bad reviews but when I have four ladies behind the counter watching me try to empty our tray into aoverflowing trash can, it then becomes an issue. It could?ve been corrected them and I?m sure shift change was going on butagain, 10 minutes. This should?ve been corrected before the ladies chatting it up walked out the door. I saw a lady manager walkthrough the dining area leaving and as a restaurant manager, I?m just not sure how you can leave it looking how it did. Youkeep it the way you would want someone coming into your home and eating. Just gross and disappointing. Read more

This place is really frustrating as they have good food. It?s the service and logistics that are terrible. My wife and I went... there last night and ordered at the drive thru. I ordered the following: ?A plain single burger with nothing on it? ?A singlewith everything on it? ?A small order of French fries? The lady says that will be $16. My wife and I both thought that waspretty expensive for 2 single hamburgers and a small fries. We actually got the following: 1 cheeseburger plain 1 doublecheeseburger with everything on it 1 small fries So?.we didn?t get what we actually ordered and were overcharged. This placeis incapable of getting an order correct. And don?t bother getting frozen custard. Their process is awful. You order thecustard and they have it ready when you drive up. They hand it to you when you give them your payment. So you are handed a conewith melting custard running down the side while you are paying for your food. The custard melts much quicker than ice cream. Wejust quit even trying to get custard there. Andy?s Frozen Custard just opened in Lexington and is better in every possibleway. The other funny thing about this that says volumes about their approach to customer service is the response to thesereviews. Instead of taking the review and using it to improve, they request you to go to their website and complete a review.Asking the customer to complete another step when providing feedback says volumes. The specific feedback is right here. Thereare better burger places (Five Guys) and frozen custard places (Andy?s) that gets your order right and is just a betterexperience. It?s a shame as their food is pretty good. We won?t be going back. Read more

When Freddy's first opened, I ate there several times and was really impressed. The food was hot, delicious and you got what you... ordered. The staff was very friendly. I ate there a couple of days ago and it was one of the worst meals and experience I haveever had in a restaurant. There was so much mustard on the burger, that is all I could taste. When took to the front to getanother burger, because that one was not fit to eat. They brought me another burger and it wasn't much better and the young ladythat brought it to me acted like she wasn't happy about fixing another, no smile, no I'm sorry, nothing but a mean look. I'llnot be back again, period. Read more

Good food. Got a free meal for installing the app and was pleased with the speed and taste. The fries were my favorite. The... burger was hot and tasty. My only one complaint was that the lettuce and tomato that I ordered on the burger was chopped insteadof whole leaf. Makes for a messy experience. I'll definitely come back. Read more
