We sat at the drive thru for over 20 minutes- not one car moved. There were at least 4 - 5 cars in each lane ahead of us. We... gave up & drove around slowly - cars waiting at windows for pick up / had been there forever- staff laughing & hanging outinside while customers waited in line to no responses. This was at 7:30 pm - poor poor management & staffing. Great location &newer restaurant but will never go back. Doors to enter the store were locked as well. Read more
Apparently when you order a medium Carmel frappe with no whip, that means you order two large Carmel frappes with whip. And when... you ask them to fix it they get sassy and make you pull to a spot and wait 10 minutes for said frappe- and it?s a large.. withwhip - ugh Read more
I do have to say that I went through drive thru and only had $100 bill, my last one, and nothin else, no card or anything. The... total was $4 something and they said they couldn't give change because they wouldn't allow regular employees to give change forthat big of a bill only managers(which the manager was not available at the time). I asked what do we do and he said I'm sorry Ican't help ya, thank goodness a manager came by at that time and gave the change. What do they do with the food fixed for thatperson? Throw it away instead of maybe helping them out, especially if they don't have anything else and it's a small order? Read more

I?m not one to usually post review whatsoever, but I?ve had one too many bad experiences here? By far one of the slowest and... most disorganized McDonald?s I?ve EVER been been to. Ordering breakfast on a weekday here isn?t bad, but any other time I?vebeen here it?s been completely horrible. Case and point - I went there to pick up a mobile order for a large iced coffee and alarge coke this evening. No food. Waited in the drive-thru line for OVER AN HOUR (people were even getting out of there cars tomingle while they waited) and then when I finally got to the window, they didn?t even get my coffee order right (I was given amedium) and by that time, I was so agitated it wasn?t even worth mentioning because I just wanted to leave?
