Been here three times in two days as my hotel is right next to here. First two times the service took forever and the staff at... the register didn't know how the mobile deals work and all that. Third time placed an mobile pick up order in late evening. Thedoors were all locked but the drive thru was open. Waited how long at the intercom but no one answered. One of the peoplewaiting said out loud he had been waiting for so long and drove off. Finally after someone had told them I was there waiting,they said to walk up since they didn't notice me for some odd reason. The waited how long out in the cold and order came outlike garbage. Went in to order and ordered quickly. No issues. After 5-10 minutes no food. One lady was complaining about 20 minutes for a... mobile order. One person came back with wrong order. About a dozen people waiting. Maybe 1 every 2 minutes got an order. Seemedall emphasis was on drive thru. Dining room afterthought. Seemed like plenty of employees, but hopefully just a badmorning.
