i love penn station but this location is just poor. workers seem high and not friendly. the chicken wrap i received isnt a wrap... at all, i might as well not have a tortilla because its in pieces before i even ate it. this is not the first time ive beendisappointed by the staff and food at this location. hopefully they can get their stuff together and act like they wanna bethere and work, otherwise i would recommend eating at the wendys across the street.
