I haven't eaten from pizza in over 10 years cause the food wasn't the same. I decided to try the new patty melt which was a... waste of time and money. They don't follow directions, but the driver was nice and the brownies was fantastic. I won't be eatingthere again cause their food is just nasty. Read more
Waited an hour and a half for a delivery on a weekday evening. Called to cancel the order and get a refund and was rudely hung... up on. Called back and was repeatedly put directly on hold multiple times. Called with a friend's phone and finally got to speakto someone to verify the cancelation and how long it would take to get a refund. Read more
Pizza hut has changed their quality of pizza to a lesser standard. Very disappointed in picking up a displeasing bland, doughy... tasting crust and yet overly dry pizza. What happened to quality and a burst of robust flavors in every slice? COME ON PIZZAHUT, STEP UP YOUR GAME! This disappointment has occurred more than a handful of times. I don?t give reviews for pizza, I am very hard to please, just putting it out there but I ordered a cheese pizza with light... sauce and a pepperoni pizza. The pizza was amazingly delicious, like seriously! I find it hard to enjoy pizza, but this was amajor surprise! There was no sparing the pepperoni here it was loaded. The cheese pizza was just the way I hoped for, lightsauce , and ooey gooey cheese. YUM! The crust was cooked to perfection, and was crispy and delicious. Time after time I order from this restaurant in hopes that my order will at least be correct. I've made peace with it being... cold. I have a habit of warming my oven up knowing it will probably need reheating. Tonight I ordered a pizza with bbq sauce.No sauce. It's really frustrating when you spend money and don't get what you order. I would like to think I won't be orderingPizza Hut anymore. However, we all know that wouldnt be true.
