Our food was hot and made exactly as we ordered it. The employee (cook and cashier) was speedy and friendly.
This restaurant needs to be thoroughly cleaned IMMEDIATELY. I picked up an order last night from the store and the smell inside... the store was alarming at best and hazardous to your health at worst. The smell of Cat urine permeates the air so strongly youcant even smell the pizzas cooking WHILE STANDING INSIDE! My order was also late, but that was the least of my worries. I paidand left only to throw the pizzas away as I was disgusted by the smell. Read more
The delivery was so fast from the time I placed the order through online, and pizza was great to my satisfaction. It wasn't... too cheesy or too saucy. It was PERFECT. Absolute Trash. I ordered and paid extra for pan pizzas. What arrived was dehydrated frisbees. I had to drive down to the... location to pick up two actual pan pizzas just to be told that what I had was actual pan pizza. The manager explained, "We'vebeen so busy, it just didn't have enough time to proof" as if that's an excuse. Little does she know, I watch the Great BritishBaking Show and Paul Hollywood wouldn't even touch that pizza. How far the quality of Pizza Hut has fallen. Got a refund, thiswhole establishment is trash. Poorly trained staff sending out overpriced, nasty food. I won't touch it again. Read more
