Everytime I go in there the staff is always friendly. There is one guy that's always got a smile on his face, he has facial hair... and he's medium height and kinda stalky built. Very clean place and great food. Read more

The pizza remains our favorite in Lexington! Most of the time toppings are more than ample. The only disappointment with... Puccini's is that they can't deliver sometimes, or when I want delivery they don't have anyone available to deliver. Iunderstand but miss it. Read more
I know you were busy but when I ordered 2 zas to go, one of which w3a small bill, HOLD THE SAUSAGE, add mushrooms and jalapeño,... AND "Kyle" REPEATED it back to me, that I didn't have to open the box in the restaurant to make sure that someone did theirjob. What a fool you made of me! Now I am looking at a STOCK bill at home that I want to throw in the back yard and neverreturn there. Do you feel like delivering me the correct replacement that was REPEATED BACK TO ME in the first place?
