Only one lane is for ordering now. The lane on the passenger side is only for online order pic ups now. When I ordered there... were only people working but it went really fast and the window person was way more fdiendler than I thought they would be,being one of only two peeps. Read more
Food was good, but the service left something to be desired. Got my drink and it was flat, a guy at the walk up window... complained about his, as did I. So the cashier accused me of complaining because the other guy did. Was given another flatdrink. Read more
Please do me a favor and don?t order food here! Our order was missing a fries from a burger combo and some ranch we asked for,... and When we approached the cashier she said I was lying and she knew what she put in it, we said we could bring the bag over forproof and she said she?s didn?t need to see any bag. She made me pay more for the ranch just so I could get some, This was allwith a horrible attitude and while yelling, I suffer from anxiety and I just froze and had to cry later from this experience.Please if you have any kind of anxiety or are just nervous about confrontation don?t come to this restaurant. The Big Beuford burger was good although they slopped it and squashed together. The cashier/drive thru person could've been more... friendly but she could have been having a bad day just like anyone else has. I'll definitely be back in the future! Read more

Went to Rally?s, with no line behind me, and when I asked for a few moments to figure out my order (I am nearsighted and didn?t... have my glasses so reading the menu is a little difficult), the drive thru attendant quite literally YELLED at me. I justordered things I knew off hand out of humiliation. I?ll never be back. The people at this Rally?s have been beyond rude to quiteliterally every single person in my household.
