I Received the best service at this red lobster in Lexington Kentucky. I was served by Frankie who was the most polite and... patient staff I have come across in any red lobster I have been. He repeatedly checked to ask if I am ok and if their isanything I needed. He surely represented Red lobster and their customer service ethics very well. He never left us to waitlonger than necessary. Typical Red Lobster. Friendly staff and helpful. Menu diversity is standard for Red Lobster. Low calorie options are a bit... challenging. Biscuits are so addictive. One note for this location - musty smell when you first walk. Read more
I have never had a better dining experience anywhere. The server was amazing, they comped our appetizer simply because they... asked if we liked it and we responded honestly that it wasn’t our favorite. Went here last night for endless shrimp got seated at 730pm the restaurant closes at 10pm we didn’t get service until a half... hour after we got seated when the manager noticed we haven’t been served yet and he took our order after that we had about 4different servers the girl that was our server had absolutely no idea what she was doing after she brought the order of shrimpinstead of asking what our next refill we wanted was she would just walk away and disappear for about fifteen to twenty minutesat a time and we had to wait for someone to come ask what we wanted as a refill then it was taking another twenty minutes for usto receive the refill while the table behind us who had a different server would order their refills on endless shrimp and itwould be at their table in about five minutes the managed to get two refills before we got one we ended up leaving at about930pm but I was nowhere close to being full I’m not complaining about the food itself because it was really good and themanager was really nice and saw what was going on and paid for our appetizer for us but the service we received from our serverwas absolutely ridiculous I only managed to get 4 refills in the two hours we was there I’m a huge fan of shrimp and canusually eat about thirty refills so needless to say I was extremely disappointed with the service we got compared to otherguests that got the same thing we did that was near us! Our server was not wearing a name badge or I would be putting her onblast in this review but she is a heavyset blonde girl with black glasses if she is your server you should just leave unless youlike horrible service she needs to be retrained or fired because it seems the restaurant business is not meant for her! This was not a good experience. From enter the restaurant, to my bathroom break, to having to wait around for 30 minutes for... our server to pay attention to us. Even paying, as the machine wouldn't work and our server was no where to be found. Whenarriving, we were told it would be 5 minutes before getting a table, even though the place was dead. They said it's so the couldclean the table and yet there was still crumbs on the table. The salt and pepper was sticky, as well. We placed our order, whichactually went smoothly, so I thought it might start looking up. But when waiting for our food, I used your restroom. Which Iregretted, when seeing one of the staff members exiting without washing their hands. I went to wash mine and realized, thefaucet barely even worked. My food was alright, however my husband's chicken sandwish tasted like fish. Our drinks were emptyfor a good 30 minutes at the end of our table for the server to see and he walked past us 7 times that I counted with zeroattention to our empty drinks and the fact we were done. And was gone when I tried finding him for the machine. We left thepayment on the table and left. If I could give this location negative stars I would. Oh and to top it all off this was my 30thbirthday dinner. I guess you caught that shrimp on the failboat red lobster! Read more
