The service I just received was horrible. Pizza was supposed to be ready so I went to pick it up. Nobody would help me. I said... over the counter, pardon me sir I ordered a pizza? He looked up and said very rudely congratulations and went about what he wasdoing. Then after some time he came over and found my order and rudely said, we haven?t even started your order. They never have a driver for delivery. Wait time for pick up is at least an hour or longer after I was told 20 minutes. Sir... pizza has also been my favorite, but the service sucks bad. Honestly I don't see how the one on Richmond Rd stays open forbusiness. They need new management and/or owners because the ones running the show have no clue what customer service is. Read more
