Was impressed with the way the owners handled the early lunch rush. Got there about 1140am and there were 7 people ahead of me,... I kid you not, I was out of there in 5 mins. On Saturday 08/08/2020 I decided around 8:30 that I wanted subway so I looked at the hours on Leestown rd and it said that they... close at 10 PM so I ordered me a sandwich online and it said it will be ready at 9:15 PM but when I got there they were alreadyclosed and the lights were off but they took my money. Amanda needs some lessons and how to deal with a customer whose order was made incorrectly. My wife and I ordered Subway via... doordash this evening. This is the third night in a row that we have done this at this same location. Keep in mind we will notbe ordering from this location again. Or until Amanda get some lessons in how to talk to people appropriately. Our order arrivedin our home via doordash and was incorrect. My wife immediately called into the store. To try to get the issue rectified. Amandaanswered the phone and stated she didn't know what she could do to fix it. What do you mean? You don't know what you can do tofix it? My wife asked for her order to be remade. Amanda still seemed to not understand what my wife needed. My wife drove tothe store in which Amanda asked her to remain at the end of the line, although we had already paid for our order an hour prior.My wife stated she didn't think it was fair that we had to wait since we were already paid in full for our meals. . . Thenthreaten to call the police on my wife. We are black by the way. I asked Amanda why did she feel the need to call the policewhen we were simply asking her to rectify a wrong that she made as a Subway employee. Amanda also refused to give us thefranchise owner information. I've reached out to Subway corporate for comment on this as well. We eat here about 2-3 times a week and it seems like each time we go it gets worse and worse. Today was by far the worst... experience we have had. We ordered 2 steak foot longs on the mobile app. Once we received our food and got back to work werealized both sandwiches were completely messed up. We paid for extra meat and extra cheese and did not get either. When Icalled to ask if they could fix the sandwiches the owners wife told me no and hung up on me. I do not recommend doing businesswith this subway they are very unprofessional and cant keep staff. Fortunately a new one is being built on georgetown road andwe will go there from now on! Read more
