The food is awesome. Super fresh, healthy and tasty. HOWEVER- bought two smoothie bowls and a wrap and after buying and eating... we realized that our receipt indicated that the smoothie bowls and wraps were $2.50 more expensive than what was listed on themenu and the add on toppings had gone up an additional $1 (now $2 each). When I went to mention this to the cashier sheimmediately knew what I was going to ask and started apologizing, stating the prices had gone up but they hadn?t ?received theirupdated signs and menus?. I?m sorry but that?s ridiculous. Deceiving customers intentionally. Either you charge the customersthe price on the posted menus or you, at the very least, do them the curtesy of telling them that the prices have gone up andthe menus aren?t accurate. In all honestly, the first time I came here a few months back I wasn?t very impressed. But today, the staff were WONDERFUL.... Right off the bat the guy that took my order was kind and genuine, making small conversation while I decided what to order. Thenthere was an issue with an older gift card I had going through and another guy stepped in to help, quickly and kindly acceptingit. I?ve been coming to the Press for years & I?ve just seen such a decline in service and food. It has become so inconsistent, that... it feels dumb to keep wasting my money there when it is never the same product. I get a cappuccino and smoothie bowl and moretimes than not the cappuccino is not drinkable. Even the amount of product in the smoothie bowl has become less overtime, alsowith varying degrees of being edible. It?s such a bummer that it?s changed so much over the past few years. I got a smoothie bowl to go and it was great; my experience was literally fine. I don?t know why everyone is complaining; the... employee(s) I talked to were super nice and even walked down to my car to bring me my food. I didn?t add a picture of mysmoothie bowl because I added spinach and choc chips and the color might be off putting to some people, but I really liked it!!The price is high but that?s kinda just how much these things cost.
