We were there for 15 minutes. Not one person greeted us. It was almost full with 4 empty tables that needed cleaned and the... entire bar was filthy and all the servers were chatting and goofing off. There were 8 employees on the floor and not one of themwas helping a single customer. The cook carried out food to a customer but the order was incorrect. When one server called outher order to the cook, she didn't do it properly and he didn't pull anything to prepare for the meal. We sat at a dirty tablefor 10 minutes without anyone acknowledging us and there were two other tables waiting for the same service as they sat at thesame time as us at dirty tables. slower service, very very slow! people who see you from head to toe, very little staff. before I saw many more people... attending and these were very old, but they were really attentive and efficient. now my food is sometimes too toasty, theydon't refill my coffee cup, barely half the tables are occupied and all the other places are super messy with dirty dishes. they need more staff "KIND AND EDUCATED AND ESPECIALLY WITH GOOD ATTITUDE" Read more
Floor and counters were absolutely filthy, food and napkins everywhere..the cooking station had food all over the floor, the... employees were loud and abnoxios with each other. It was definitely not a clean, well kept waffle house..the worst one I've everbeen too. Read more
I have come to this location multiple times with satisfaction. Today however was a big joke. It all started with everyone too... busy joking around and not working. It took at least 5 minutes before anyone acknowledged us. Then it took another 5 minutesto just receive our cup of coffee. We finally received our food and the bacon was burnt. The waffle seemed half the size of thenormal waffles. My eggs were over cooked. I even placed a to go order that I asked to go ahead and have prepared even before wereceived our food. Every time I looked around the frigerator was left open by the cook. By the time we were ready to leavestill had not received the order or a check. Had to wait again while they looked for the check so they could charge me. Notsure what was going on today, but very, very disappointed. If I could have given it zero stars, I would have. Read more

This was a terrible experience. There were about 8 or 9 people waiting for a table. There were 5 tables that had no one at them... but the staff wasn't cleaning any of them off. People eventually started sitting at the dirty tables because we were runningout of room to wait as more were coming in. After about ten minutes of sitting at a dirty table by the counter a waitress cameand cleaned the table and took our drink order. After about 10 more minutes our actual waitress who turend out to be the managertook our order and complained that she had been working since 9 the night before because a server walked out and one called in. Understanding how unfortunate that was we apologized for her misfortune and awaited our food. I ordered a scrambled egg platewith double covered hashbrowns extra crispy with bacon and a biscuit instead of toast. After waiting nearly 30 minutes for ourfood this is what the manager brought to me. I asked why the hasbrowns were so light and she told me it's because it was thebottom of the box and no matter how long you cook them they won't get any color or crispness.
