This place has gotten my order EVERY time I’ve ordered from them. I don’t know why I even keep ordering from them, it’s... ridiculous. Got delivery today and they didn’t include the chicken I ordered. I called them 5 times to see if they had it atthe store so I could come get it. No one picked up the phone. The only time I’ve gotten everything I ordered was when Iordered pick-up. They got my order wrong but I was able to see that they made an item wrong and send it back. But it took almostan hour. The store was pure chaos, there were around 6 employees but none of them seemed to be working. The store was full ofsmoke to the point I had to wait outside. I think three raccoons in a trench coat own the restaurant. That’s the onlyexplanation I can think of that explains this quality of service. Don’t order delivery. Put an order in for one large and one small pizza. This was our famiy’a dinner for the night. We... ordered it at 4:30 knowing it would take 45-60 minutes. Estimated time for delivery was 5:15. Great I thought. By 5:35, I calledback and was told my order was on the way. She didn’t ask my name or what I had ordered, so I had very little confidence itwould arrive shortly. By 6:10 and with bedtime quickly approaching for our toddlers, we decided to start making them dinner.Pizza finally arrived right before 6:30, so the kiddos did get to enjoy some of it. Service is awful, but the food is good and the individual people are incredibly nice and apologetic when appropriate. Very poor delivery experience. At around 11:20 I submitted an order scheduled to arrive at 12:45. I specifically ordered early... to give the restaurant enough time. It looks like the restaurant forwarded my order to Uber Eats and I got a Uber Eats trackinglink. It is now 12:45. When I click on the tracking link, it says "Oops, finding another delivery person...". The "estimateddelivery time" keeps getting more and more delayed. There is no option to cancel or switch the order to pickup. The restaurantis only 15 minutes away. Had I known, I would just drive to the restaurant and pick up the pizzas myself. Read more
