Food is so good but them large portions are small when you its just you and your child and he can devour pretty much himself.... Should make portions bigger i think , doesnt seem like enough to spend $39 and not feel full or either i eat too much ha! Read more
Met my Hubby here again for lunch , it was ok . Like everything these days you pay more get less kinda thing , what used to be... $5.oo fill up boxes is now $7, $8 and $9 dollars and it the same size , I got the chicken tenders and they were dry almostlooked artificial , but there taters and gravy are the stuff , store was clean and the staff was super nice and friendly Read more
Absolutely awful! First it says if you order online they will bring it out LIARS! Second I ordered a plainly visible option... online. So I didn't even get all of my order! When I called the little guy on the phone try to say I was stupid I couldn't orderchicken tenders and the original bucket I ordered. So I GOT NO WHERE BUT TREATED LIKE NOTHING AND NO FIX TO OUR MISSING ITEMS!You can't get a hold of anyone at the 1 800 number or the email! I called the next day and that manger on duty proceeds to tellme the little guy was the manager on duty wow! Then says the will have a talk with him! STILL NEVER OFFERED TO FIX THEOR MISTAKEOR EVEN APOLOGIZE FOR WHAF HAD HAPPENED! Thanks for reminding me why we haven't ate out at KFC in years! Read more
My family and I purchased a 16 piece meal with four sides, 6 or 12 biscuits, sweet tea, and condiments. Not only was the... customer service beyond less than adequate, the chicken was over cooked and/or old and hard not to mention super dry. The greenbeans were good and so was the Cole slaw but even the mashed potatoes and gravy, they both were horrible, definitely not freshfor sure and half of the biscuits were hard and the other half okay. I am giving it two stars because the tea was good too so Ifigure they deserve a one star but I feel generous and give them two. Read more
