Very unique cookie shop! Cookies are very big, warm, soft an duper delicious! Customer service is grand, I will definitely be... returning! I've been hearing and seeing a lot of posts about crumbl cookie online, and finally caved, not that I really need to cave, but I... did and I don't regret it. Their cookie flavors are delicious. Definitely a treat, and I've learned that they change up theflavors weekly!! I can't wait to try more flavors in the future, however, I have to say, we got a box of four. And yeah..They're decently sized. I mean 1 cookie could comfortablely be split between 2 or 3 people. So, it's gonna take me a couple ofdays to eat them with help, of course. Great cookies, when you can get them! This is the second time I've visited the Lexington, SC location to find they were out of... flavors. The first time, it was only one flavor, but yhis time it was three or half the flavors that they were out of. Not verycool. They spend too much time weighing each and every dough ball rather than making sure they have the flavors to sell!!! Read more

I don?t really think Crumbl deserves the hype it gets. The cookies are decent, but honestly they?re not exceptional. Just a... decent large cookie. Then again?they?re always sold out of the specialty cookies by mid day, so we haven?t been able to tryanything other than chocolate chip. Maybe it?s the specialty cookies that make it worth the hype?but they don?t planappropriately the amount of business they get, so they never have them available after lunch time. Something else I?d like tosee? Ingredients posted under each cookie. I have a weird allergy to red food dye, but a lot of folks won?t eat anything withred food dye anyway?.so finding out if the pinks and reds in the cookies are natural ingredients or synthetic would be reallyhelpful in making a selection when they do actually have the other cookies available. The other problem is that the spacehonestly isn?t big enough for the amount of business it gets. Very tight quarters, and I definitely think a fire marshal needsto see just how packed it is while folks order and wait. I?d consider a new location sooner rather than later. Read more
