Customer Service was terrible today & down right rude. Ordered 2 sandwiches, requesting light oil & vinegar. She drowned the... sandwiches with both. They were a soggy mess. One we had to come home and put the ingredients on different bread just to eat.Not the usual quality or customer service I am use to at Jersey Mike's. Never going to this location again! Read more

I will never patronize this location again. My husband and I placed an order through the app for a plain ham and cheese sandwich... for our son. We picked the sandwich up and when we arrived home we discovered it was prepared Mike's Way, with tomatoes,lettuce, oil and vinegar etc. There was no way he was going to eat this. Kids can be picky. So we contacted Jersey Mike's andthe young woman who was working argued with us, told us that it was clearly our error and refused to do anything to replace thesandwich.. We assume it must have been a glitch in the system because we unequivocally placed the order correctly. We would havenever been treated this way at our regular Jersey Mike's location in irmo. I'm aware that they throw away bread at the end ofthe night and this would not have really affected their bottom line to have remade a plain ham and cheese sandwich for a kid.And may cost them more in the long run due to the bad PR. I don?t know if the person that waited on me and Sister today was the manager or not, but she was rude, unprofessional, and had... ?VERY POOR? customer service. I really do not know how she keeps her job. I assure you if I were the manager she would be out ofthere in a heartbeat. Everybody has a bad day but from what I have read from other reviews she has pretty much been like thisfor a long time. Time for her to think of another profession and NOT anything to do with customer service. On top of that thegirl that was fixing our subs drenched both with the oil and vinegar. Even when my Sister told her to stop she kept putting iton the sub. The bread was so soggy I had to come home and put what wasn?t ruined on a hamburger bun to finish eating it. Read more
