The pizza was good. However, I will not be returning to this marcos. I have used this Marcos several times before but on my way... out this last visit, I heard one of the young male employees mocking my body size and looks. Never thought I would have thistype of service here. Read more
I called to order a carryout order and spoke with Vera. I asked and was told that they no longer have the med 1 topping for... $7.99. I placed my order. I checked the website which said they had med 1 toppings for $7.99. I called back and spoke with Veraagain and told her this. She said she would get the mgr so he could "explain". He comes to the phone and I told him whathappened. He states that they no longer have the promotion and that the corporate office has not removed it from the website. Hewent on to say that they claim they can't and they have complained to them multiple times. He can not honor the promotion. Hestated that his GM would not allow him to give the discount manually. I asked if I could get that price if I ordered online towhich he said "no. I have had people call and say they tried to order online and it wouldn't give them that price". I hung upand went online to see if it would let me order it at that price. IT DID! When I got to the store I showed the mgr the price onmy phone. He stated "you have to finish and pay. That's when it gives you the error" I did that and it still gave it to me atthat price. The mgr said yet again "I can't manually give you the discount in the store". He literally made me stand there andprocess the order online instead of just giving them to me a that price. Read more
Always delicious and super fast. High quality food and great service. Can't ask for better than that! Prices were amazing too.... They had a deal for large 2 topping pizzas for only $9 each! I got 2 large pizzas for $20. Fed 2 people for 3 meals. Crazygood. Read more
TOO BUSY TO CALL OUT A NAME AND INCONSPICUOUS SPECIALS BOARD. I was told the pizza would be ready in about 10 minutes. After... 20, I asked if it was ready. It was the pizza box I had noticed that had been sitting under the warmer. They didn't call myname or the other guy waiting for a pizza. Their excuse "we're busy" BTW, the specials are on the side wall away from themenu boards. Personally, I would have ordered the $6.99 one topping medium from there rather than the menu. Profit over Servicefeel. Update to owner response: ARE YOU SERIOUS? A customer in your store has a bad experience and you give the customer HOMEWORK? With hundreds of pizza places in the area the problem is fixed, no home work required. Read more
