The food was good as usual, but the accuracy of orders continues to be questionable. In the past 6 visits, my order (thru the... app or drive thru) has been correct 3 times. Tonight was during the supper rush and I get that it is crazy, but I don't alwayscome at that time and still orders are incorrect. Had to go inside to get what was missed, only to get home and find out we alsowere given incorrect drinks. My "medium" fries as soon as I got home and opened the bag. You can see the one behind is the same. Barely half full. Also asked... for light ice because I don't like my drinks super cold, and cup was brimming full of ice. I am a loyal Chick-fil-a customer,but save yourself the disappointment and go to another location. Read more
I accidentally ordered and paid for 2 cookies 3 minutes prior to closing time. My daughter got there 10 minutes after closing.... She talked to a worker who simply turned her away saying that my money would be return to my debit card. It seems like it wouldhave been a simple fix to hand my daughter two already baked cookies from behind the counter. Maybe that wasn?t possible, but itwas not communicated. I strongly dislike how chick fil as have prioritized the drive through over dining in. In the pandemic sure it was great, but... people and families joke to sit inside too. When we ordered the rate at which the drive through was moving was at least 4xfaster than we got our food. There isn't a safe entrance to get into the building without walking through cars in the drivethrough. The play places are still not open and it is very disappointing. Facing to wait 25 minutes for fast food and not havingthe play place which my children have always loved and ask about makes dinner very unenjoyable for us. Read more
