My review several years ago wasn't very good, but, I changed my review with several visits over the years! Hopefully, when you... sit down to eat your wonderful meal, you'll have "Joel!" One of the most attentive and highly detailed waiters we've had inyears! The salsa and chips are one of the best in the area, along with the Empinaca Cheese Dip! My goto meal are the nachos andwill continue to be! They're the best of the best! The restaurant is clean, tough to get into in a timely manner due to halfcapacity, but, worth the wait! It'll get better! One of the best Tex-Mex restaurants around....I GUARANTEE IT! Read more
This was our first time at this location and we were so pleased with the service we received! Jamie was friendly and made sure... we had everything we needed. Tonight was our first time eating at Jose Pepper?s & talk about a great experience! Our group was large & we showed up during... the dinner rush but they somehow got us right in. Jamie was our server & Amanda the manger was super helpful too. Jamie wassuper upbeat & fun. Our order was on the table in no time & the grub tasted awesome. We highly recommend! Read more
Good Mexican fare here. I think their tacos are better than Margarita's and so is their guacamole. Salsa is flavorful as well.... Another nice touch? The little ball of sweet corn meal (not sure what the proper name for it is) as a garnish on the side ofyour plate. I think I could eat a plate of just that. Generally get the enchilada plate. Loves me some enchiladas. They makeem good here. Often busy, but not to worry. You just put your name on the list and they'll text you when your table is ready. Lots of shops to explore nearby. We stopped here on our way back from returning our daughter to school, to catch the Chiefs game and have a drink. It was a good... choice. My shrimp and lobster burritos were fire, which was a surprise because I had no ideas that this place would offerauthentic Mexican food. The long black hair authentic female cook is one of the reasons the other patrons that eat here, keepcoming back with their families and friends. Our waitress/bartender did a great job of hosting to the wants and needs of thepeople at the bar as well. The person who initially offered us seating, was a real down to earth guy. He was from Houston butheld support for the Titans, and even though the Chiefs beat the Titans, he still wore a Chiefs shirts at work to show he's ateam player. I'd say he deserves all his tips, because we can't stop paying people to help us win, we'd have no team, and we didbeat the Rams. Jose Peppers is a nice place to eat and drink. Read more
