One of our party ordered a margarita, and our waiter asked for ID, then commented that he doesn't know how to read them, so he... just says "okay, looks good, thanks". Co-workers were raving about new burgers. My husband and I went for dinner. Expect to wait, was told 15-20 min. After 2 sets of... parties of two that arrived after us were seated and it was past the time provided by hostess, I went to ask how much longerbefore we were seated. We were told that our "table" still had the people sitting there and once they left and the table wasclean we would be seated. We were also told a large party was coming and that was why they had less tables available. If thishad been mentioned when we arrived we could have placed a to go order and have received our food and be on our way home by thistime. Several minutes passed, and I started working on a to go order and was almost finished with it when we were seated. Theserver was fine. I could tell it was a busy night, and he was trying to provide good service. The food arrived cold though. Iwondered if my husband's was the same. We thought about ordering dessert or drinks, but figured we would just head home. Overallthe burger was good, but disappointed it arrived cold. Fries were disgusting, cold and flavorless. Not until we were leaving didI see that the seasoning was on the table, but if you don't adding seasoning to fries when they are straight from the fryer theyaren't as good and if cold, the seasoning isn't going to help. So the wait staff seems overwhelmed as had a hiring sign up inseveral places. The hostess are the opposite, perhaps one was in training of the 3 that appeared to be working that position.Maybe mention a large party that may delay and offer the bar or to go order. They were a bit busy when we went, so service was a bit delayed as you would expect. We actually received bottomless fries so we... weren't as hungry when our meals arrived. I opted for the Master Cheese on a gluten-free bun with fries. It was delicious. Iusually get just a plain cheeseburger, but I'm glad I switched it up this time. My fiancé loved the Buffalo wings and my futurestep-daughter loved the bottomless Mac and cheese. Read more
