Twice in the last month we reserved a table behind the fireplace to have lunch with my 95 year old Mother and both of my... children's families for her birthday and to get 4 generation pictures. The staff was so wonderful and even turned the music downso my Mother could hear us talk without so much background noise. Tiffany even helped us get our full group picture. The food was delicious! Some of the best steak around the area. Our group ordered filets and a ribeye. The menu was a great... combo of Tex Mex and steak house. Only issue was the service was a little slow and drinks didn't get filled as often as we mighthave liked. Otherwise the food was amazing, the decor was fun, and we had a great time. Read more
Everything was amazing from the time we walked in to the time we left. We went here for a birthday, we did call ahead to get... reservations we arrived at 450pm. We got right in. I didnt realize how big the steakhouse was until I went to the bathroom. Ithas so much seating and very well set. We ordered pickles and peppers with ranch for an appetizer, they was very good. Very wellseasoned. ????. Dinner we ordered the kids menu grilled chicken amd mashed potatoes. She said it was very tasty. She ate all herfood. I ordered the Gulf Coast shrimp and Sirloin medium rare. It was cooked to perfection, I also had mashed potatoes verygood. Finally my fiancé ordered New York Strip with a baked potato. No complaints either! Our server Tiffany was very polite,and fast. Our family and I were so excited to try Saltgrass in Liberty for the first time. After Leaving there, we will never be back.... First off, it took over an hour to get our dinner. We have 3 kids, we know food takes awhile to cook, but over an hour is notit. My son opened his napkin to use his fork to eat, there was food all over the fork from the person prior. Ok, I can look overthose things I guess. Whatever. Then, my husband and I finally get our steaks we ordered, with mushrooms. He has one hair in hismushroom he notices, I proceed to dump my mushrooms on my steak for topping, only to find THIS. It looks like the hair you getout of your drain when you’re unclogging it from the sink or shower. Mouse, Rat, cooks hair?! Who knows. But the managerdefinitely couldn’t tell us what it was!!!
