I absolutely loved this Restaurant Bar. The host was kind to give us our preferred seat, take care of our baby stroller and our... server was also very knowledgeable and kind to make good recommendations. We had a couple of drinks and Nachos. I didn’t likethe Flatbread. But Nachos were good. They have a great collection of Cocktails and Mocktails and beers on Draft. Read more

Super friendly staff, cozy covered patio, and interesting stuff on the menu = nice spot for a late lunch! I ordered the salmon... burger, and appreciated that the side of tots was NOT huge... the "burger" patty was a bit odd, though, like it was made withcanned salmon & breadcrumbs when I'd been expect something a bit more fresh and juicy. Next time, will try something else. Read more

This place has several burger options, my choice was the blue cheese with bacon. I also had the French Onion soup which is a... house staple here. You must try it if you're a French Onion soup person. It is highly recommended. My wife got one of theirmany bowls. I believe hers was a chicken, but cannot recall for sure. This is a nice place and the food is great. Read more

I tried a few times this legendary place in Libertyville… and I left always thinking the same. Not for me. The 4 stars are 89%... for the staff. Dedicated, precise, fast, kind and profesional. Even the summer kids that they hire temporarily are nice! Goodjob! However… I find myself screaming to be able to communicate because the noise inside is always super loud. And thenthere’s the food… it’s just fine… for what the place is, I feel it could be slightly better. Nothing special. We orderedthe fries with the beef and it was cold on the sides and just warm in the center. My wife got the fish with rice and I got totry it; that was better. I guess the rest of the stars go for the wide variety of beers… They have been in business since1982, so may be time to review their kitchen… it would make a huge difference. They have trivia Tuesday’s and a ton ofevents which is what makes you come back. Drinks and events. Other than that, am going to wait for the food to improve before amback. Read more

After visiting Timothy O’Tools in Libertyville and speaking with the event coordinator, Gabriel, my fiance and I were... impressed. The venue provides an entire floor that has plenty of seating for our guests. A large bar with a stage and cateringarea is provided with comfortable seating near a fireplace. The venue offers a warm welcoming that gives a great celebrationenvironment for any occasion. Definitely a great place to have gatherings of any kind. We’re very excited to have our weddinghere and highly recommend booking events at this location. It’s located in the downtown of Libertyville, IL. A great placesurrounded by other places to visit for food and beverages. When the weather is warm and beautiful, this is a great place toenjoy sitting in their outdoor dining area, which is screened in. If you’re looking to book an event here, highly recommendcontacting Gabriel. She’ll do everything she can to help accommodate your special occasion. She doesn’t charge for rentingthe venue. This is a win-win for everyone! Read more
