Don't waste your time coming here I asked for my wings to be wet every time I come here and when I get home my wings are dry! I... finally called them and the lady told me they're doing the best that they can! My reply was if I'm spending my money with u atleast my order should be right!!! After calling the restaurant numerous times to order my food while I was driving there I got to the place only to find the guy... behind the counter texting on his cellphone while the phone was ringing. I then ordered my food and sat and waited. There were 2people ahead of me. After 35 minutes and numerous orders handed out to people that were there both before and after my arrival acustomer comes back in and says his order was wrong. I then realize, as did the worker, that my food had been handed out to thewrong person. Instead of apologizing and remaking the food the worker tried to give me the same food that the customer had leftthe store with and brought back. And to top it off the worker wanted to give me a free ranch cup for my troubles. For 40 minutesof my time... a ranch cup. So I asked him for a refund and agreed to take the food as well. For my troubles. For my 40 minutes.The worker then started to argue saying that he had worked 14 hours and blah blah blah. Which was a lie bc American Deli isn'teven open 14 hours and if they were what they're selling breakfast now??? No one is ordering chicken wings at 7am. Flat out lie.I then asked to speak with the manager and was informed he was not there. After the worker laughed in my face numerous times andtried to downplay his mistake I asked him to call the manager. I spoke with him on the phone, James. No help what so ever. Noteven an apology. We hung up and I told the worker he needed better customer service skills which he then laughed and kept hissorry attitude. Will be escalating this issue as it is unacceptable. Read more
