I advise anyone to not patronize this so called restaurant and if you must, use cash, Not credit or debit card. The bearded and... rude person who took my card, I saw him pull his phone out of his pocket and then quickly put it back in. So I asked him why didhe take his phone out of his pocket while running my debit card and he lied and said he didn?t. I told him I saw him. Why wouldyou take it out while you have my debit card ? My bank account was just compromised recently so I?m very Suspicious. Then headmitted it so now I?m concerned and I called the restaurant to speak to the manager and the female with a heavy accent gets onthe phone and when I told her what happened, she hung up on me. Then I tried to call back, and it went to voicemail. How can abusiness phone go to voicemail as if it was a personal phone? I?m going to be watching my account and if anything happens, Iwill be going to the police and directing them to this establishment. STAY AWAY!!! I can?t believe people this rude are still inbusiness. Customer service ????+... the two young men working this afternoon (5pm, 10/17) Jeralle H. & the gentleman cooking provided me... with the absolute BEST customer service. They were courteous, professional, efficient and worked extremely well together. Irarely eat here but was glad I stopped by today. My order wasn't small, I gave it to Jeralle while he worked on 2 othercustomers orders. I only had to tell it to him one time, he remembered and got it right when he rang it up after completing theother orders. Employees who exhibit good customer service is sometimes difficult to find these days but employees who provideEXCELLENT service is even harder. If church's is not known for nothing else It's their chicken wings. I ordered a 2pc mixed requesting a wing and okra. The size... of this wing was petite and over cooked. Half the okra cold and the other half freshly cooked. I was on my way to a meeting andcould not go back. Needless to say I will not return to this location. Great customer service. Clean restaurant. Hot chicken. I had stopped trying to get chicken at Church's because the restaurants... on Wesley Chapel in Decatur and the Memorial Drive location in Stone Mountain, never have chicken and the service is alwayshorrible. This location far exceeded my expectations and I am so glad that I stopped by. I don't remember the name of the guywho was working behind the counter, but he was very personable and working really well by himself up front. And my chicken washot and good!!! Read more
