Friendly, but every Moe's I've have been to since the nachos were added to the menu, when ordering a nacho for pickup put the... queso in a cup on the side so the chips are not soggy. This Moe's put it on the nachos. So by the time we picked them up andthen drove home they were supper soggy and not as tasty as when the queso is put on the side. Read more
I don't know what these other people are talking about they have always made my food correctly, salsa bar is also always full... and clean. Some of the tables are dirty sometimes but I understand alot of places are understaffed and can't get to tables ordining areas as often as they would want. I've never had a bad experience here. Poorly managed. That's how I would describe Moe's Southwest Grill. I went in there the other day and the place was a mess. There... was food all over the floor, tables were dirty, and the bathrooms were downright disgusting. And the staff didn't seem to bedoing anything to fix the problem. They were just standing around chatting with each other. But even though the place is a bitof a mess, I still love the food and salsas. The lack of cleanliness at this location has made me choose other places.Thankfully, when I want Moe's though there are alternate locations that are better managed and clean. Read more
